We pride ourselves on our very FAST standard shipping! Give us a try and you'll be very pleased with how quick our standard shipping is!

Effective December 2016 all store pickups require ID verification upon picking up in our store. If you plan to have someone else pickup your order you will need to call our web team and give them the name of who will be picking up for you! 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

  • Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Items must be sent back in original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Must be unworn, unwashed, and scent free. Must be clean. No deodorant stains, makeup, etc.
  • All clearance items are FINAL SALE. All accessories are FINAL SALE including cups, jewelry, scarves, and hats.
  • Damages must be reported prior to wearing the item and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If your merchandise was defective we will gladly refund your money if the case meets our damages criteria.
  • Shipping an exchange back is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping on the new item being exchanged. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • You will need to include your return form with your order. If you no longer have it another can be printed at the bottom of this page.
  • If an item that does not meet our exchange criteria is shipped back to us the item will be refused and shipped back to the customer. You will not receive a credit or an exchanged item.
  • After we've received your return and it's been approved and processed we will issue you a store credit code to redeem online in the form of a gift card. Once your return has been received by us please allow up to 1-2 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email with your gift card code.
  • Please note our items sell quickly, so we cannot guarantee an item will still be in stock if you need to exchange. You may have to take a store credit or choose a different item.
  • Gift certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable.
  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If you need to change something, please contact us by calling 405-936-0680 Mon-Fri 10-7.
  • DISCOUNT CODES ARE NEVER VALID ON A GIFT CARD PURCHASE
  • Not happy with your purchase and it doesn't meet these guidelines? Give us a call and talk to us about it! We will do our best to make sure you end up pleased! 
  • To better serve our customers, effective Feb 2016 any orders placed as store pickup that have not been picked up at our store after 60 days will be shipped to the address that was provided at checkout. We will attempt to contact first after the 60 day period, but if contact attempts are unsuccessful we will ship the item in hopes to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates: $2.50 flat rate for orders shipping within Oklahoma. $5.00 flat rate for orders shipping outside of Oklahoma within the US. We pride ourselves on speedy standard shipping! Orders almost always ship next day and you will receive them speedy after they leave our warehouse! Give us a try and see! 
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. *after any discounts offered, before tax. 
  • Orders shipping to APO for military always ship FREE as a thank you to our military!
  • We now offer an expedited USPS 2 day express option! You may choose this option at checkout. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Expedited USPS Priority Express is our fastest shipping method with an estimated arrival time of 2 days. All expedited Priority Express orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day. BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Orders placed after 1:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the following BUSINESS DAY. Expedited 2 day shipping is not available weekends or Holidays and estimated arrival time needs to consider holidays and weekends as well. Orders placed after 1:00pm CST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Expedited Priority express shipping excludes Holidays. Cost is $15 expedited express shipping within Oklahoma and $24 for expedited express shipping outside of Oklahoma. 
  • We ship within the United States and to APO. We currently do not ship to Canada or other international countries.
  • We ship using USPS (Postal Service).
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled. Please note the tracking number may not be valid until the package has been scanned in by USPS. For example, if an order is fulfilled late Friday afternoon, you may receive a tracking number but not be able to track the package until it leaves Monday. Keep this in mind on Holidays as well.
  • For standard shipping orders: We pride ourselves on our FAST standard shipping!! We average anywhere from 1-3 business days to process your order. (Typically we get orders placed Mon-Fri shipped out next day.) Once order is processed and payment has been fully received and approved it will ship.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. From date shipped depending on where you are located in the U.S. it could take 2-7 business days. (When shipping within Oklahoma shipping usually averages 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed and leaves our store). 
  • Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed late Friday afternoon in most cases will not be processed until Monday.
  • Please know that no standard delivery time is guaranteed by USPS. Expedited 2 day express is guaranteed by USPS.

Lush Fashion Lounge boutique does not allow the purchase of any of our items in bulk for the intent to resell. If an order is placed for multiple sizes in the same style our web team has the right to look into the order and refuse to ship. Our exclusive designs are the property of Lush Fashion Lounge, Inc and are produced for resale by Lush Fashion Lounge only and not for resale by any other individual or business.
