Where is your store located?
We are in north Oklahoma City on May Ave in between Memorial Rd and 150th. Directly across from the May Ave Quail Springs Mall entrance in the Quail Village shopping center. Next door to Cafe 7.

Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?
Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green "notify me" tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address in to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.
I see items posted on Facebook and Instagram but I don't see them on shop.lushfashionlounge.com. Is there a way to order those and have them shipped to me?
Yes. If you see an item posted that is "in store only" and not available online you may always give us a call at 405-936-0680 ext 3 Mon-Sat 10am-7pm and we can process an order over the phone for these items.
Can I buy something on shop.lushfashionlounge.com but pick it up in the store instead of having it shipped?
Yes! At checkout there is an option to choose "store pickup" instead of shipping. Please note, the item will NOT be immediately available for pickup right after the order is placed. You will receive an email or phone call once your item is fully processed and ready to be picked up usually 1 business day after placing the order! Need it speedy? Give our web team a buzz at 405-936-0680 ext 2 and we can try our best to make it happen!
If an item says its sold out online does that mean its sold out in store too?
Not necessarily! There's a good chance it's available in our store! We can also ship from our store too! You can call 405-936-0680 ext 3 to check and see if the item is still available from our store inventory!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we do not.We do however offer 2 day USPS express shipping. That option is available at checkout. Further info on guidelines can be found in our shipping/returns section.
How do I track my order?
Creating a customer account with us is always a good idea! You can log in and view your orders and tracking numbers at any time. Whether you created an account or checked out as a guest you should've received a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you did not receive it contact us at email@example.com.
I have a gift card that was purchased in store. Can I redeem this on shop.lushfashionlounge.com?
In store gift cards and online gift cards and two separate things. If you'd like to purchase a gift card that can be used in our Oklahoma City store please call us Mon-Sat 10am-7pm and purchase by phone. If you'd like to purchase an online gift card code that can be redeemed on shop.lushfashionlounge.com visit our gift card tab on the site to purchase one.
I have a store credit from an item purchased in the store or over the phone. Can I use this store credit on shop.lushfashionlounge.com?
Yes. This will be a special case and will require special attention. Please call 405-936-0680 ext 2 Mon-Fri 10am-7pm to request an online code to redeem your existing store credit online. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include "store credit online code" in your subject. Please allow 1-2 business days to process this request.
How do I redeem my online store credit?
You will enter your store credit code as if it were a gift card where it says gift card code at checkout. You will have to enter payment info for shipping, but we will refund the shipping costs on exchanges after checkout when the order is processed. If you owe a balance on your exchange we will only refund the shipping and you will be charged the balance owed. If the full store credit amount isn't redeemed at once the balance will carry over onto the same gift card code you were issued first. Shipping will be charged on a second transaction.
I am trying to redeem my online store credit code during a promotion. Why won't it let me use both codes?
Make sure you are entering your gift card code where it says "gift card" and the promotional code where it says "discount code".
Where is my gift card code?
You will receive an email with your gift card within 24 hours. If you haven't received it please contact us at email@example.com. If you ever lose your code just contact us and we can resend it!
Where is my store credit code?
Please allow 1-2 business days to receive an email with your code. It will come in the form of a gift card code. If you haven't received it or lost the email no problem! Just contact us Mon-Fri 10-7 at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 405-936-0680.
I never received a confirmation email for my order but I thought I placed it. What is the status of my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order that means we did not receive your order. Your payment more than likely was not accepted.
I keep trying to order but am not getting an email confirmation. When I check my bank account it shows I was charged. Did you receive my order?
No. Your order was not received by us. What you see on your bank account is a pre authorization that will go away soon. Reasons for this happening are usually associated with your payment not being accepted. Your bank may flag it as fraud to protect you. Other common reasons are if your billing address you're entering on our website doesn't match what the bank has on file for you, common when you've moved. You'll know your order was successful and payment was received only when you get an email confirmation for the order.
Can I bring an online order into the store to exchange rather than shipping it back?
Absolutely! We are open Mon-Sat 10am-7pm
If I receive the wrong item in my order, or a damaged item do I have to pay to ship it back?
No way! Give our web team a buzz at 405-936-0680 ext 2 or email us at email@example.com and we will send you a prepaid label to return it to us!
Do you wholesale your t-shirt designs?
Currently we do not wholesale our exclusive designs. If you wish to be added to our contact list in case we do in the future please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note- We own the rights to all our exclusive designs and do not take replicas lightly. We will report any replications of our exclusive designs to our legal team immediately upon seeing them.
I am a new subscriber to the email list but haven't received my welcome email with my code. Where is it?
We know you're eager to shop! The code isn't immediate and can take up to an hour or more to receive the welcome email!
